Cancellation Policy

KRS Infotech wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers – therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

  • KRS Infotech reserves the right to deactivate the services of CRM Software/Websites in case of failure to make payment.
  • KRS Infotech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement due to act of Nature or other causes which are unavoidable and beyond the reasonable control of KRS Infotech.
  • No work shall be undertaken by KRS Infotech on Sunday, National Holidays and beyond office hours of company.
  • Payments made by the customers/clients shall not be refundable.
  • All the price mentioned above are excluding GST.
  • All payment must be made through Cheques, Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, Cash is not accepted.

Refund Policy

The money back policy is not applicable in the KRS Infotech, so if you buy any product or subscribe for any service our company does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfied with our products or services you can notify the same to our customer service within 5 to 10 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.
